Water treatment coagulants
Hardman manufactures a range of coagulants for water
treatment at its site in Sydney, Australia. Whatever the application, Hardman
can supply a coagulant that will suit your needs and your budget, whether it be
for potable water treatment or for a specialised wastewater treatment problem.
If unsure of the most suitable coagulant, our staff will be happy to advise you.
You may already know exactly the type of coagulant you need, or alternatively we
can run tests on your samples of water or wastewater in our well equipped
NATA-registered laboratory. We can also advise on the use of Hardman coagulants
for phosphate removal.
Hardman coagulants offer the following advantages:
Less alkali addition (our coagulants are already
hydrolysed to a high degree). Better floc formation, leading to more rapid
settling and longer filter runs. Superior performance in removal of organic
matter.
Turbidity and colour.
The ability to function at lower dosages, leading
to lower sludge volumes. Negligible heavy metal content.
Very low residual
aluminium concentration in treated water.
Expert laboratory and on-site
assistance in optimising coagulant performance.
